For the safety of all our clients, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on human hair extensions, as they are considered hygienic products. Once purchased, these items are final sale, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety for everyone.

Shipping & Processing

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As processing begins immediately upon order placement, we are unable to make modifications to orders once submitted. This includes cancellations, address changes, and adjustments to shipping preferences.

Shipping Time:

Once processed, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to promotions, holidays, or unforeseen delays, especially with shipping carriers. Currently, we ship within the US and Canada.

Upon shipping, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Please ensure all address details are entered accurately, as 1039 Hair Collection is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages due to inaccurate addresses.
